1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Statcaster, LLC, a Missouri limited liability company ("Statcaster," "we," "our," or "us"), governing your use of the Statcaster website, simulations, projections, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, checking the agreement box at signup, or otherwise accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and are legally able to enter into this agreement.
3. Nature of the Service — Not a Gambling Site
Statcaster is not a gambling site, sportsbook, casino, or betting operator, and the Service is provided for educational and informational purposes only.
- We do not accept, place, facilitate, or broker bets or wagers of any kind.
- We do not award prizes, payouts, or anything of value based on the outcome of sporting events, and we do not operate contests or games of chance.
- We do not link to, advertise for, or direct users to gambling operators or betting platforms.
- The Service provides statistical simulations, projections, and analysis of publicly available sports data. Nothing on the Service constitutes betting advice, a recommendation to place any wager, or a prediction or guarantee of any real-world outcome. Simulated results are probabilistic estimates and will differ from actual events.
- You are solely responsible for your own decisions and for complying with all laws that apply to you. If you choose to gamble anywhere, you do so entirely outside the Service and at your own risk.

4. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us (through our payment processor, Stripe) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the then-current price until you cancel.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period.
- You may cancel at any time from the cancellation page. Cancellation stops future charges; your access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Payments are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law.
- We may change subscription pricing with notice; price changes take effect at your next renewal.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, bulk-download, or systematically extract data, projections, or simulation outputs from the Service;
- Resell, redistribute, republish, or make available any portion of the Service or its outputs to third parties, whether or not for compensation;
- Share your account or access credentials, or circumvent access controls or subscription gates;
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, probe or test its vulnerability, or impose an unreasonable load on our infrastructure;
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service — including its software, simulations, models, projections, design, text, and graphics — is owned by Statcaster, LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. No other rights are granted.
8. Third-Party Data
The Service incorporates sports statistics, schedules, and market data obtained from third-party sources. We do not control this data and make no representation that it is accurate, complete, or current. Data may be delayed, revised, or erroneous, and simulations built on it inherit those limitations. Team and league names, logos, and player names are the property of their respective owners; Statcaster is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any sports league, team, or players' association.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY PROJECTION OR SIMULATION WILL REFLECT ACTUAL OUTCOMES.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STATCASTER, LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, AND EMPLOYEES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, MONEY, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE — INCLUDING ANY DECISION YOU MAKE IN RELIANCE ON INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 7, 9, 10, and 13) will survive.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date, and material changes may also be communicated by email or in-Service notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Missouri, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
